Refund policy

All our products are backed by a 12-month warranty unless stated. Should your product fail to function or operate within this period, please email us at customerservice@illuminationco.store with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Detailed Description of the issue
  • Image/Video illustrating the issue

Upon receiving your email, we will review and aim strive to respond within 24 hours, offering a range of option to ensure you are happy!

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or product arrives damaged).

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and verified in its original condition.

 

Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or your item is faulty, please contact us at customerservice@illuminationco.store.
Our team will guide you through the exchange or replacement process.

 

12-Month Warranty
All our products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance, discontinued, discounted, or final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
